Yes. We provide free standard shipping on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. Style delivered free of charge.
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been shipped.
Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Our priority is offering an excellent local experience, if we expand our shipping areas, you will be the first to hear about it.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To begin a return, email us at support@oldcavendish.com.
After we receive your return and it is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to post the credit.
Yes. If you need a different size or a different style, mention it in your return email and we will assist you with the exchange.
